Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours at lindy@lindyfarleyartist.com.au if your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered. Include your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, this may be a repair, replacement or refund.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved under the above, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post it.
